MISSION

The Rappahannock Region Small Business Development Center includes offices at Warsaw and Fredericksburg. Our office at Warsaw is one of 29 Small Business Development Centers located throughout the Commonwealth that provide counseling and training to existing and start-up small business owners. We are sponsored by the Small Business Administration, George Mason University, and The University of Mary Washington.

Our Mission

The Rappahannock Region Small Business Development Centers shall enhance business development in Planning Districts 16 and 17, Eastern Prince William County, the Northern Neck Region, and the Middle Peninsula by making small businesses more viable and more competitive through the provision of entrepreneurial assistance.  This assistance includes consulting, training and specialized services concerning the formation, financing, management and operation of small businesses.
